RULES
- Prices are in USD only unless otherwise stated. I am not at fault if you send the wrong currency.
- Paypal only unless stated otherwise. I am based in Canada; I do not have access to most popular currency wallet applications. I am willing to try workarounds but I am extremely limited.
- I have limited that may not be stated and I have every right to decline a commission for whatever reason.
- Upfront payment is required for my commissions, nor will I start a commission until payment is received. Payment plans are alternatives if needed.
- If you don't see something you want that isn't presented on this page but have been seen in my other works, do not be afraid to ask! The worst case scenario is for me to say no.
- If you beg for discounts or free art, I will no longer provide my work & services to you.
- My commissions are publicly posted, unless you state otherwise they will be posted upon social media.
- My prices are base quotes, while we do include in depth calculations for clients upon request sometimes you may be charged extra for complexity, time constraints, etc.
- NSFW commission work requires you to confirm with me that you are a legally a adult, as I do not want to interact with minors in any manner relating to NSFW. To see my NSFW rules and examples, please contact me privately.
- You will be blacklisted if you try to circumvent any of these rules, including the NSFW rule and blacklist evasion.
- Speedpaints can be requested.

- Full art reference in required, showing features of your character you want to be drawn as well as full color without shading. If you send me a reference that is not a full reference, you will be asked that you understand that a non-full, flat colored unshaded reference image may cause issues when translating the design into artwork going forward.
- Deadlines you want me to meet MUST be the first thing you inform when inquiring about a commission. Failing to do so may result in your commission being cancelled, or not being finished during your due date.
- If you are buying experimental painting, please know that due to the experimental nature, it may not always come out exactly the quality you may want as it is a constant experiment of painting and what works best digitally for me.
- Discounts can be given within reason, but please do not ask.
- If you have read my rules & info listed here, tell me your favorite ice cream flavor. If you do not, you will be asked to outline each rule out to make sure you know the rules before commissioning me.
If you refuse to read the rules or outline the rules after being asked to re-review the rules after not answering the question above to confirm you've read the rules, you will be refunded where applicable and your commission declined. You may be also blacklisted if you start to be hostile towards me for asking you to read my rules when you do not confirm you have read the rules.
- Refunds may be put into action if the art cannot be fufilled, if the customer breaks rules, or for other reasons not listed. If it is before I start on the work, you will get a 75% refund, if you ask for a refund after the artwork has been started, you will only be refunded 50%.
- If you were blacklisted and had given money, depending on the reasons as to why you were blacklisted you may receive 20-35% refund or no refund at all.
- Extra fees can be charged if you ask me to change parts of your commission past the sketch stage, as anything past the sketch stage can become very hard to change. Failure to pay those fees can result in a cancelled commission.
- If you block without a word after or during commissioning me, you will be promptly blocklisted & publicly warned about to other artists as a safety preventitive measure to prevent clients from stealing commissions to claim as your own artwork or to steal artwork without fully paying price.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Q: Do you accept other currency or other forms of payment?
A: For currency, yes. Other forms of payment are usually a no from me. Giving me gift cards, online items, ordering me physical goods/food are sometimes accepted, but only if you have commissioned from me before or know me well.Q: Why are you so strict about NSFW artwork? Other artists aren't usually this strict.
A: I try to be reasonable but childrens' safety, even if they want to interact with NSFW material is much more important. While children being exposed to nsfw is considered "normal" or "casual", I do not want to contribute to exposing children to nsfw, especially directly.Q: You're in canada, why do you ask for USD?
A: While, I would actually prefer to use CAD, when I list my prices as CAD I have had more issues where customers do not know this and send me their payment in USD, sometimes in hopes I will not notice or make a deal about it. Using USD also helps with the currency exchange.
